Grant, Lord, that your servant may find his rest this day with all the saints in your love. Forgive him of his sins. Vouchsafe to him to hear the words "well done, good and faithful servant." At the end of time, deliver him from judgment and raise him to glory, for the sake of your only Son, our Savior Jesus Christ, who died for the sins of John Paul and all the world on the + Cross, and who reigns with you and the Holy Ghost, now and forever.
