... but the new format of the NY Times online really annoys me. I think I am going to make the Drudge Report my primary news site. Something about the way journalism mixes with sensationalism and vaguely libidinous nonsense seems to me more appropriate for a news medium anyway.

I thought you loved the new NY Times format. But, oh Lord, the Drudge Report? Perhaps you enjoy M. Drudge's yells of "yippee-ki-yay" as he fires his six-shooters into the air. Anyway, the Drudge Report format is certainly less readable than the new NYT.
Mmm, the Drudge Report. Why not just go with the New York Post then? I mean, what could be more informative than a headline that says "Wacko Jacko"?
