she would have made a good ecusa 'priest'

While studying at the Yale Divinity School, Jeanette Angell DIV '87 considered converting to the Episcopalian Church and becoming a priest. But when her job as a college lecturer in Boston left bills unpaid and creditors calling, Angell found a less than angelic solution — working as a $200-an-hour callgirl.

She obviously moved, with Nietzsche and Frank Griswold, into that space beyond Good and Evil. Read more here. Warning: probably not suitable for children.

What I want to know is how young and impressionable Fr. WB came across this particular website in the first place.... hmmm....

Fantley. pointed me to her blog, which had stopped existing by the time I looked for it. A google search turned up that other page.

How long do you think it'll take before NBC makes a crappy "true-life drama" about a hooker priest? At the very least, she should play a cameo roll in their existing ""Episcopal"" stinkburger of a show.

Um, Rome...can you guys work on making a Rite sometime soon? Thx.

"There are responsible and irresponsible ways to use one's sexuality and this seems to me to be an irresponsible way to use one's sexual gifts," Attridge said.

Way to go, Harry. I just wish we could insert "obedient" in there somewhere.

Wait...what?! Is this for real, or is it another YDS hoax like the inclusive worshipper? I am sceptical.

Plus, is it true that most women have thought about being a call-girl? I've never heard that before.

At anyrate, perhaps the ECUSA is the best place for her. If anything goes wrong, at least she knows her 'rights' will be protected and her 'choice' (what a vacuous term) supported.

Yuck!

Its for real, dog. MM quotes Harry Attridge (above) on it. The Attridge quote is real too. Fantley. provides her blog address above. Something about pharaoh dot com or something.
